The front desk staff was awesome!!!

Excellent staff, breakfast, and location. We were a very large and LOUD crowd and the staff was friendly and excited about the wedding we were attending and even asked to see pics of our beautiful wedding.

Lack of hot water.

The hotel is very convenient to shops and food in the area. During my stay there was a training opportunity for the frontline morning staff. When told of the hot water problem on Friday morning 8 November 11, 2019, the response was “The hotel is full and the system is stressed.” No mention was made that they would contact the maintenance team. On that morning the hot water was lukewarm. The following morning I was up early and I was able to back off the hot water in the shower about 20 degrees of rotation from the full hot position. I had to use full hot position in the sink for shaving. Later while waiting in the lobby a heard another guest complain to the staff that there was not hot water on the 5th floor.
