I am staying at the Hyatt Place hotels very often , the one in Medford MA has a great location just on the 93 within short distance to Boston and other locations , room is nice and has a big space gym is ok and on top there is a swimming pool

Family Visit

Not an enjoyable stay. Placed next to the noisy elevator and slept poorly with the motor/cable/doors rattling throughout the evening. Was told each of the 3 days I requested a room change that none were available. Light switches didn't work in both rooms. Pillows were poor and the foam pillow requested smelled like feces. Hairs on some of the bath towels. Breakfast was fine. Check in and check out process was fine. Location was fine.
