We were there for 2 nights, housekeeping did not get to our rooms until 4 pm the second night. Check in staff was great and it was fast. Room was large and clean. Great access to downtown, mall, food and good fast access to Eagle/Meridian areas.

First, this hotel is great. Clean, friendly, no complaints there. The best part about hotels is not having to pay for breakfast, just saves some money. This was the first time in my traveling experience where the breakfast was so bad that I had to go out to eat. The eggs had zero flavor. Imagine eating something that has absolutely no taste. So strange. The diced breakfast potatoes were so salty that my face clenched up after the first bite. And to top it off, the oatmeal.... I didn’t know oats could be that tiny. It was like eating oatmeal without the oats. For you coffee drinkers, if you’re looking for light coffee, go to Starbucks. All this Hyatt had available was medium roast (and decaf medium roast.) I made a small cup, put in some half and half, added three sugars. Took a sip and couldn’t taste the sugar. Added three MORE, still couldn’t taste it. That’s how strong this coffee is. Threw it away and went out. Overall, great hotel. Just visit one of Boise’s lovely breakfast spots instead. Happy travels!
