Pleasant Experience

Very nice Hotel, friendly knowledgeable staff, very clean and spacious rooms with a parking garage across the street and the hotel validates your parking ticket. They also have shuttle service which is a nice perk.

Merely ok

Expected more from Hyatt. Was not pristinely clean, especially bathroom and heating/ac unit. Gross. Faint musty smell. Could not control fan blowing in your face without having heat on at uncomfortable level. Won't be back again.
