The Hyatt Residence Club at Coconut Plantation is a very nice resort with lots to do and is in a very convenient location. The condos that are available can be a studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom. They are nicely decorated and the rooms are serviced every day with clean towels and other items. They are fully cleaned two times a week, Washer and dryer are in each condo.
On the premises is a small convenient store which has basic food and beverages. At this location you can also order breakfast or lunch. There are tables outside where you can eat. You can also order supplies from the store before you arrive and they will be put in your room before you arrive. There are two outdoor bars that serve all types of beverages. There are several dining places at the nearby Hyatt Coconut Point Hotel.
There are two large pools, a kiddy pool, and a lazy river on the premises. There are a couple of whirlpool outdoor pools and a sauna. The Raptor Bay golf course is connected to the resort as are tennis courts. There is a shuttle bus that circulates from the resort to the Hyatt Hotel and to the area where a boat leaves to go to the beach which is on a private island.
After a five minute drive you can be at the Coconut Point Mall and the Ft. Myers airport is about a 25 minutes away.
All in all, this is a great place to spend a vacation.
