Lovely Stay - Will be back

I had extended my trip in London due to being ill and found this hotel last minute. The rooms are lovely and the lounge is very lively but has a great home like feel to it. I loved the breakfast bag and the little touches, I don't tend to spend so much time in my room so the size was perfect for me. The staff were so helpful and even sent a tea to my room which was a lovely gesture thank you so much to Isabel and Faith for all the help ! Next time im back Ill make sure to book here!

If you’re looking for a trendy, space full of great energy and vibes...The Hoxton Shoreditch is the place to be. Not normally one to write a review but was compelled to do so based on my recent stay. Seriously exceeded our expectations. Exceptional accommodations, remarkable restaurant/bar but what stood out the most was the phenomenal customer service from the Front Desk team...From check in to check out. Shout out to Vivien and Faith who really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and even went out of there way to ship an important item to a different country for me post stay. 5 stars!
