Despite my short stay I had a great time! The reception staff were very nice and engaging, the Shoebox room was perfect for a solo traveler and had all amenities. I didn't get a chance to dine due to my late arrival but the receptionist recommended few options close by. When I came back from dinner I had a few drinks at the bar with a friend which was nice the bar staff were very attentive and chatty which was nice especially in the beginning when I was waiting for my friend to arrive. A late 3PM check out was a great benefit as well. Definitely recommend this place to stay. Already planning my next visit. Karel

A 25 minute walk from Waterloo station and great location to stay and explore Covent Garden and theatres. British museum is a stones throw away.
The hotel has a great vibrant bar and restaurant. Comfortable sofa seating to relax and enjoy a drink. Music playing most of time which gives it a party feel in the evening.
Staff that we met all were polite and helpful. Maybe a little slow on bringing over our drinks order.
Our climate controlled room was very clean and comfortable. With a wet room shower and all the usual room comforts. Sound insulation from the high street was very good plus good black out curtains. Breakfast was a free banana, orange juice and a granola yoghurt.
Or full breakfast in the restaurant. A little pricey but it was very nice and good quality.
We would love to return soon.
