Cancelled reservation!

If you need a late checkin do not use this hotel. They cancelled our reservation, tried to charge us a cancellation fee, and told us no hotel is okay with guests checkin overnight. When we set up the reservation we informed them that it would be a late checkin after 2am. After running into snow and high winds we arrived around 330am. At least this was during their slow time and if the reason for our trip was not being held there we would have gone somewhere else. Bring your own toilet paper as they provide sandpaper. The location however is great. Close to downtown, the civic center and a straight shot to Bear country USA (20mins) and Rushmore(30mins).

Businesses trip above and beyond

Most gracious hosting. Breakfast on time prior to a big meeting with clients. The room was amazing, large office space with a perfect chair to do that take home assignment, the tv swivels so you can catch up on the news and watch the game. I felt at home.
