Terrible place

This was the worst hotel in all Mexico , in the middle of the night I woke up thinking my dog was feeling bad cause there was a very unpleasant smell of excrement, I went to the front door and the receptionist told me that there is some kind of fabric or something so the smell is almost all the time , the wi fi connection is very bad ,almost none , they advertise that they are pet friendly but there is not even a single area for pets and even if your dog is s service dog you have to pay a fee and the hotel Has permanent guests wich think they are the only ones staying there so they will for example play basketball in the aisle or calling to each other screaming.
If you want to relax this is not the place , even if your tempted by the price believe me is better to pay a little bit more than waking up in the middle of the night with a nasty odor ????

Great place to stay

new installations, nice and really comfortable. It is close to the downtown and it has a shopping mall just infront of. The pool area was closed when My family and I was there but it looks like small and comfortable
