Overal stay was good. Hotel is clean, the room was quiet check in and out times are great The staff is helpful. The elevators can be slow and the Starbucks is gone... Make sure you check your bill for eroneous charges!

The hotel is old but charming, what we love. May not be suited to everyone if you like modern. Staff were very helpful. Thankyou Olga you were kind and supportive, just wonderful, made us feel very welcome. The area was good. As mentioned in a lot of posts there are many homeless, but we never felt unsafe, and never bothered by them. Very much keep to themselves. That is just an element of the city. Sam's Diner is great and directly across the road.
