Overview

One of the most popular hotels on Catalina Island is the Hotel Vista Del Mar, located in Avalon. The family-friendly yet luxurious resort is located along Crescent Avenue’s front-street promenade. Although small and featuring only 15 rooms, each have ocean views and three are suites with separate living and sleeping areas. All rooms feature flat-screen TV’s, small refrigerators, DVD players with a complimentary DVD library, high-speed Wi-Fi, and whirlpool tubs. Continental breakfast, milk and cookie turndown, and beach chairs and towels are also provided.

Best location and Views!

This hotel has a beautiful balcony with a sitting area overlooking the pier. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or to relax in the evening and watch the tide come in. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The complimentary warm milk and cookies is a really nice touch. Our court yard room had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Catalina Tri Weekend

This hotel has the best location for the Triathlon, they are literally at the start, across the street from the beach and beautiful ocean, pier, scenic panoramic views! Modern and cozy rooms, fireplaces, fridges, complimentary breakfasts, balcony views, great restaurants just steps away!
