I stayed on the 8th floor, the room was big, very clean. Shower could use more water pressure for my taste but it works nevertheless. Room had a stove and fridge. Cutlery and pots were provided upon request. A microwave would have been better to have too. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood, so late at night some blocks around it look sketchy but no more than any other big city. Proximity to the subway is great but the station does not have elevators or escalators, this is troublesome if you have heavy luggage.

Staff is pretty rude. They tell customers to carry their bags up the first stairs to the elevator. How can there not be working elevator down to the lobby? The room was okay. Great view over manhattan.
