Located within the mixed-use Santa Row neighborhood in San Jose and surrounded by upscale shops and restaurants, Hotel Valencia is a stylish and hip Spanish-inspired hotel property. The property opened in 2003 and received a renovation of its guestrooms in 2013, and is a natural fit for families looking for an independent and unique property.
Note that entering from the ground floor can be confusing, as you’ll need to take the elevator to the third floor to discover the lobby, with an expansive terrace where guests may lounge and dine under the sun.

Overall really good experience. The room we received was fabulous with its own balcony. The hotel has a really nice Pool and hot tub as well as a gym. The gym is strangely located on the 5th floor and was actually over our room which did cause some noise but nothing too disruptive. The hotels bar is very cool and swanky. We got a drink there which was good servers seemed interested in chatting with each other more than us at time but overall very cool location. Also ordered room service for breakfast which was very tasty.
Check in with Jream was great he was very polite and gave great customer service. Valet was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay! Overall great and would most definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Hotel Valencia Santana Row San Jose. Beautiful hotel outside and inside. Very clean and friendly staff. Located right in Santana Row. We went down to have some Mexican appetizers in the garden restaurant at the end of the row. We went on a Thursday and they had a two man band playing old Mexican ballads. Just my cup of tea. Loved it
