Grab your complimentary breakfast, run through the gym and check all your emails on the free Wi-Fi one more time before heading out for a day of activity.  One and a half miles to Harvard square and only a short T ride to the heart of the city, anyone can easily find their way into Boston for a day of sightseeing or just appreciating Cambridge itself. The BEST WESTERN PLUS Tria also allows great access to some of the best educational institutions in the world, including Harvard, MIT and Tufts.

If you prefer to travel with a smaller companion, the hotel does allow for animal guests at a small daily fee. The hotel provides what a family would need to get out and explore the city all while having a comfortable place to crash after a long, hard day of sightseeing.

Great experience!

Short drive from Harvard campus. Near shopping. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Gym was small, but clean and modest, but had new equipment. Parking was $16 per night, which did not seem reasonable given the amount of parking at/near the hotel. Excellent overall experience and would stay there again.

Weekend stay at an expensive hotel

This is a very expensive hotel for the services and space that you get at this hotel. The hotel seems fairly new or renovated but the rooms are small, the bathrooms smaller. The exhaust in the bathroom did not work and the refrigerator in the room made a constant sound. Both did not get fixed despite multiple calls over the 3 days.

The positive thing is the location, not too far from Cambridge and about 7 miles from downtown and airport.

Also check the bill when you leave, when i made a reservation i was quoted a higher rate for the first day and lower for the 2nd and 3rd day and when I received the bill in the email it showed the higher charge on all 3 days. I have called and they have agreed to reimburse the over charge in a few days. I will have to monitor this.
