Istanbul weekend break

Spent 4 nights at this hotel that exceeded all expectations.
Location is perfect to see all main tourist sights by foot.
Stayed in a sultan suite which was beautifully decorated, very clean , comfortable & had everything you needed.
Room service & daily cleaning were exceptional.
Service was very attentive - nothing was any trouble. Everything handled in s calm & efficient manner. Great customer service.
Lovely roof top bar & restaurant.
Also used the spa which was a welcome retreat after lots of walking.
Compliments to the staff who all treated you like a VIP. Semih on the front desk, Gulsun & especially Hasen who made our trip feel really special.

This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. My husband and I stayed here one night and we were very happy with the service, the room, the location. We were met by the hotel staff off the taxi and they helped us with our luggage to the hotel. Check-in and check-out experiences were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and had a nice Turkish feel. Welcome goodies in the room were delicious. This hotel is perfectly located close to lots of eateries and the famous sites in Istanbul, not to mention the river! For an authentic Turkish experience stay here!
