I will never come here again.
Yesterday we came to this hotel. We booked 2 rooms for me and my husband and for my parents.
We came at 01:40PM. They gave us our rooms at 02:15 because we asked rooms with higher floor (actually I booked rooms in August and I wrote them about it). So we entered our rooms. The rooms were very very very dirty: hairs on the floor, dirty mirrors, dirty tables, dirty windows and dirty linens, curtains with holes and dirty too. I asked them to clean our room. While they clean our room, I and my husband were in room of my parents. And I understood that it is not our rooms. We booked rooms Deluxe king size. It should be 24m2. Our room was smaller. So I got that this room is simple standard! But I payed for Deluxe!!!
The time was 03:30 PM. We were tired and hungry and should wait for them!
So, I asked to call General Manager. When he came, I told him about our problems. That we got not our rooms! He took us to the another rooms. Receptionist told us that they did upgrade for us for free. I asked what upgrade if for the first you have lied us and gave the cheapest rooms in the hotel. So, the upgrade was another side of building with view to the swimming pool.
We get our REAL rooms at 04:00PM.
Actually new rooms were not clean: dirty mirrors, floor, tables etc. I put pictures to this review.
The main problems are: hot (realy hot) swimming pool, no vouchers for deck chairs, no clothes dryer (and you can't dry it on the balcony, it's prohibited), administrator was not competent during the check in.
