Overview

One of Florence’s most luxurious hotels, the Hotel Rivoli is located in the heart of Florence. One of the most unique traits is its outdoor, heated swimming pool and hot tub, open year round in its gardened terraces. Families will also find rooms specifically for them, as apartments combining a double room with a twin room and a marble bathroom with tub that accommodates four. Apartments combining one bedroom with a triple room can sleep five, and offers two large bathrooms. These combination rooms also serve as standard suites, and guests off these apartment-style rooms receive complimentary Wi-Fi, parking and minibar refills. Breakfast is provided in the Medlar Garden and features an American-style buffet. The garden bar serves midday snacks, and families can return to the Benedicta Restaurant for dinners.

Old world charm with modern amenities, friendly staff and centrally located.

My wife and I just returned from a tour of italy with Perillo tours. We stayed in three very different but very nice hotels on our 8 day tour. Rivoli Boutique hotel was our absolute favorite of the three. Old world charm with very modern amenities, a comfortable bed, a bathroom which was very modern and spotless and even a pressing machine for people who need to iron while on the road. The breakfasts were excellent and tried to accomodate all guests and their cultural tastes.

We found the staff to be attentive and very pleasant. The only 'glitch' was that the hair dryer did not work. We notified the desk and a brand new unit was installed while we were out. Problem solved by the cheerful and attentive staff.

The hotel is close to many if not most of the major attractions and just steps from the Train station. Of all the places we visited in Italy, we will be sure to visit Florence and will stay at the Rivoli Boutique Hotel again!

This is a great place! Our travel agency selected this hotel and we were very pleased. Very clean and the staff here is so nice! It is one block over from the train station and literally a 5-8 min walk. Easy access to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. Breakfast here is included and it is very elaborate spread with fresh fruits, pastries, breads, and hot and cold foods. Mostly Americans here if it makes any difference to anyone. Mini fridge in the room. Cozy bar with fun bartender. We'd stay here again.
