There are more than 700 guestrooms at this all inclusive, beachfront Cancun hotel. Families will love the five outdoor pool options but the onsite water park, Splash Water World, will be the highlight for the kids, along with kayaking and snorkeling off the beach. The kids’ club offers a full day of fun for the kids every day including things like water games and dance routines. While the kids are having fun there, the adults can enjoy the spa. Live entertainment is always taking place and there are a variety of onsite restaurant options to enjoy with the all inclusive package. The bright guestrooms offer a king bed or two double beds and a sleeper sofa, free Wi-Fi (also throughout the resort), a mini bar/mini-fridge, air conditioning, flat screen television and a balcony or terrace to enjoy the beautiful beach views.

The service was exceptional. The hotel was very clean. The food was excellent, we have a lot of choice for all the family. There was a lot of activities (Fitness courses, pool party, shows at the theater)

Just returned from a 2 week stay here and have had a fantastic holiday. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and well cared for, spotlessly clean in all areas. The beach is lovely, our children used the free bodyboards and had a great time!
The staff all work so hard to ensure you are well looked after and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. We rarely had to wait to be served anywhere and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The ladies who work in the kids club are fantastic! Our two children had a great time with them at the daytime activities and also the evening kids disco.
The food here is good, we never struggled to find something to eat and we also tried all 4 of the specialty restaurants. We liked them all with the exception of the oriental one.
We booked two excursions (dolphin adventure and Isla Blanca) but booked them with Scuba Caribe as they were cheaper than tui for the same trip.
The only negative we have about the whole trip (which is not entirely the hotels fault) was it seemed to be a daily occurrence that people would get totally wasted around the pools in the day time and be sick all over! I like to enjoy myself as much as the next person but I think when somewhere is sold as a family resort, this kind of thing shouldn’t be happening on a daily basis. We did use the other pools without the bars but it seemed to happen all over. These people were so wasted that after being sick all over the lounger they would be taken off in a wheelchair back to their rooms, not something I want my kids to see once let alone on a daily basis.
We did have a fantastic holiday and loved the hotel and staff here, just some of the guest need to lay off the tequila in the afternoon maybe ????
