Nice hotel, good quality large beds. Has everything you need hairdryer, toiletries, fridge bottled water. We were in a room at the front corner of the hotel above the pedestrian crossing which beeped intermittently most of the night which disturbed my sleep. Nice sized room. Lovely view over the city on upper floors of hotel. Breakfast was reasonable. Varied choice of cheeses cereals juice breads pastries and scrambled eggs etc. Would stay here again. Staff friendly and helpful. Only down side is rooms were a bit on the cool side for me but was ok for my husband.

This hotel is nice and in a great location. This was my first time to Quito and I was a bit worried about the airport, considering I arrived at about midnight so I asked the hotel to arrange a driver for me. I was met outside Customs by taxi driver Gustavo who took me to the hotel & was so good I used him for some other trips while I was there.

The rooms are fine, the restaurant is adequate, buffet breakfast is very good and I was able to get hot water every night for tea in my room. The staff from front desk to bellboys to restaurant were all friendly and effective.
