I was part of a tour of Israel which included 4 nites in Jerusalem. I was with 7 of my friends who all shared this review. The room was satisfactory. However the famous “Israeli breakfast” the we all heard about was very disappointing here. The food was served cold everyday. The service was abominable. We asked that a spill at our table be cleaned up. Our several requests to different workers were all ignored until we found the manager.
