1st day I went with my wife to the room 245 and we saw that the room had 2 single beds connected instead of 1 double bed that I had paid. I went to the reception and I try to contact with someone. The front office manager came to me and with a very rude way told me that this is it and that they don’t have double beds in the hotel and that he cannot buy a double bed for me. She make me upset and I went back I my room that I realized that the air condition has max temp. 20 degrees and smell terrible. We call the reception that they brought us 2 bathrobes. This make me very mad because they told us when we call back that is too late and there is not technical at the hotel. We ask them to change room and after few min they gave us new room 702 that smell much more terrible so we went back asking at least 2 more blankets. We ask to speak to the manager but they told us that he was on vacation.Next day we saw the Guest Rel. who managed to change room 502 smaller but ok
Very bad experience

This hotel is in an excellent location five mins from St Stephens Basillica and ten mins from Parlament building. Breakfast varied, sauna, gym and pool area clean and well maintained although pool is a little chilly! Staff are helpful and friendly. The thing that lets the hotel down is the bedroons. We had a twin standard room which was small and very basically furnished. The seating area is actually a chair and a desk/dressing table. Lamp shades didnt match and lamps were broken, water stains on ceiling and bathroom door frame broken with some type of insulation coming out. We were shown a superior room in the newer b block which was only marginally better, dark with a window opening only onto the central atrium where all bedroom doors is this block are. Roons definitely not of the standard expected of a four star hotel. Otherwise nice hotel
