Love the staff

This was the perfect friends trip! The hotel was nice and the beach was stunning! The food was good and we always had cold, delicious drinks. Mike at the beach bar and Jorge at the snack bar went out of their way to make us special drinks.

By far my most favourite thing about this hotel is the entertainment staff who made sure we were always having a good time! The entertainment and games by the pool were always fun. We loved watching the shows at night with such talented, friendly performers. Yenishell, Yordan, Pedro, Lauren, Liony, and Chocolate made our trip memorable. These entertainers make people want to come back. I am ready for my next trip!

The staff make all the difference

It was a girls trip, one of a kind. The hotel is nice, with a fantastic beach! Always found something to eat and plenty to drink. Japanese restaurant is our fav! Highly recommend it.
Some of the minuses I must say were the lack of beach towels and bath towels. But we made the best of it.

Also, not all the bartenders, specifically at the lobby bar, were not the most pleasant to deal with, with or without a tip. A big shout out to Mike at the Beach bar and Jorge and his colleague at the snack bar. Those two were fantastic.

We have met some of the best, most talented and friendliest entertainment staff ever! They made this trip an unforgettable one. We truly enjoyed each performance and friendships we have created. Yenishell, Kenia, Linieska, Leony, Ernesto, Yordan, Laurent, Pedro and Chocolate to just name a few.

The entertainment staff is what brings the clientelle back to this hotel. I would recommend the resort and would love to go back. For the people!
