The all-inclusive Hotel Playa Cayo Santa Maria is situated on a pristine, white sand beach in the Villa Clara province of Cuba. Bright, colorful rooms are decorated in a traditional Cuban style and sleep three guests. Families will enjoy the variety of pools on the property, including an Olympic sized jetted pool. The waters surrounding Cuba are incredibly clear, making the snorkeling and diving sites a must visit attraction. After a day on the beach, families can eat at one of the resort’s gourmet restaurants. Professional babysitting services and kid’s activity clubs keep little ones busy so adults can check out the hotel’s nightlife.

Very clean, friendly staff, nice rooms with a comfortable bed and a nice shower, nice pools and great animation!
If you don’t want to join the big buffet, just eat at the specialty restaurants!
Right by the beach which is super clean and super white, ocean as blue as they come. But beware: there are lots of jellyfish!
The English of the front desk staff could be a little better, since it’s such a big hotel.
Definitely loved our stay.

It was our first time to visit Cuba. After hours of research and calling around we decided on this place - and were never disappointed. Everything went smooth - from arrival to Santa Clara to our departure.
Hotel is very nice, clean and bright.
We've read a lot of complaints about food - there's was always something we could find that we enjoyed. Of course it's different, there's no taste enhancers, it's all natural.
There were also bad reviews on customer service. We did not encounter any problems. One of our keys just stopped working and front desk staff resolved it fairly quickly. Just don't expect it to be Holt Renfrew, and you'll be happy. They are trying really hard.
Our Room was nice, clean and spacious. We were in block 7, very close to beach.
Beach, there's no words to describe it, you have to see it.
We also went to Havana by plane. If it's your first time in Cuba, you have to go to Havana. If it's not your first time in Cuba and you haven't been to Havana- shame on you. Great experience! great city, lot's of colors, beautiful. Our guide was awesome, he spoke english and french, which I thought was outstanding.
We went on snorkeling/diving tour - that was great too. Both tours we booked at the hotel lobby with Gaviota tours ( spelling might be wrong), lady there was really helpful.
Over all we were very happy and coming back Jan-Feb 2020! can't wait :)
