We spent two nights here in order to spend a full day at Disney Sea.
The room was small but adequate. Walls a little shabby as people probably bang and scrape their luggage on them due to the confined space. Shuttle bus to Disney Sea was handy.
We walked from the train station to the hotel with our cases- about a 10 minute walk, so good access.
Restaurants at station and nearby shopping mall were varied, and again, only a short walk away from the hotel. We especially liked a little bar we found in the middle of the food area in the mall. Enjoyed a sparkling wine and beer here!
A reasonably priced hotel if you don't want to spend big dollars when visiting the theme parks.

Very good location for Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea. Has a shuttle that runs hourly to Disney. Arrive early to have a seat otherwise you will be standing with the hand straps. This hotel serves an excellent breakfast that we enjoyed all three mornings! Buy the breakfast the night before for a discount. There is a coin op laundry on the 7th floor which is adequate. It is a 10 minute walk to the Shinurayasu train station which is only one stop from the train station that serves Disney. Within 500 yards there is a convenience store and a family style restaurant called Jonathon's. The lobby is stylish but cozy. Rooms are little small by American standards but reasonable for Japanese standards. Beds are a little too firm for my taste. I like a soft bed.
