Overview

Located not far from the beach and boardwalk, families will love the rooftop terrace at this hotel. With views of the boardwalk, the rooftop terrace features an outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The terrace is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. On select nights, families will love the Movies Under the Stars that play on the rooftop as well. Kids 12 and under will love the free toy they are greeted with at check-in. There is no need to worry if it rains because there is an indoor pool as well. The heated pool is open year round. The guestrooms and suites feature a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, flat screen television and DVD player and a private balcony. Complimentary Wi-Fi access can be found throughout the hotel so there is never a concern for kids or adults about staying connected to work, school or home.

Good Value and Convenience

I stayed here as part of a recent trip to Ocean City, MD. No issues with room cleanliness, good price, great location, and parking. The room was a cut above other places in OC and was quiet even during a busy weekend. There is actually an indoor pool along with rooftop pool. The indoor pool is quite small but it's still nice to have during the later season.

My only gripe with the hotel was the parking situation. The lot is close and convenient to the hotel but difficult to find. Spots are tight and hard to get in and out of. The lot is small and fills up quickly, though there is another one a little further up.

Otherwise the location can't be beat, especially for the price. It's easily $100 cheaper than hotels right on the boardwalk and less than a block away to the ocean. There is a bus stop right out front and easy off/on to the bus.

I would definitely stay here again.

My lady and I stayed at the Hotel Monte Carlo in Ocean City in August, 2019. The location was great, a block from the boardwalk, and as far as the room, it was huge! Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and very professional, and the bed was very comfortable. We felt right at home. I would certainly recommend this to my friends and family.
