Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for four nights recently. It is situated just off Union Square which is very central. The staff are very friendly and helpful. nothing is too much trouble. The room we had was spacious and clean it was very well equipped for our stay. A great price too when you look at some of the prices of other hotels in San Francisco

My first time to stay in this hotel and I was impressed by the way the Front Desk handles their guests. I had a chance to interact with Ben at the Front Desk and he gave me some tips on the nice places to go to. The room is also very clean and well-kept. I would definitely come back here.
