Wonderful

The Mar De is absolutely fabulous. It is a hidden gem right in the middle of the marina area of Cabo. Very quaint, fabulous staff, great food and drinks. I hesitate to recommend it as I would love to keep it my little secret. Great room prices and lots of different room arrangements available.

Great Value in the heart of downtown

Hotel Mar de Cortez is in the heart of downtown and is one of the oldest operating hotels in Cabo. Its also safe and has low room rates. It has been about 10 years since I stayed there. This time I noticed the many upgrades and place was kepted and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful.
They also have a great restaurant on site to satisfy your tastes and thirst. The only thing I would like is TVs in the rooms. Some folks don't care but I got to have something to watch when I retire. I would highly reccomend this hotel for the budget minded traveler who is looking for the old Cabo experience.
