One of Waco’s few hotels that skews more upscale, the Hotel Indigo offers a beautifully designed environment with upgraded bath amenities and in-room furnishings – and depending on the time of year, rates can be quite reasonable. Families with young children may feel a bit out of place – the onsite restaurant does not offer a kids’ menu, and there are no tubs, only oversized showers. But bigger kids will love the indoor/outdoor pool and chilled patio. Plus, the downtown location, in walking distance to Magnolia Market and the Dr. Pepper Museum, is a big draw.

This past weekend we had our grandson’s wedding rehearsal dinner at Hotel Indigo. From walking in the door to leaving, service was impeccable. The hotel is lovely, bright, clean and a wonderful location. Blake supervised the entire evening and it ran efficiently and right on time. Bar service was superb with a wonderful selection of wines and drinks. The food ...we chose BBQ...was delicious. Staff served all courses timely and everything was hot at all times. Peach cobbler for dessert with pumpkin spice gelato was out of this world.
Would highly recommend this hotel and especially impressed with Blake so much attention to detail creates a perfect evening and all 35 of us leaving raving about the night, staff and hotel. Kudos!
