Noise and Incompetence

I stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Tuscaloosa in April 2019. One of the nights was the opening night of their rooftop bar. The music was extremely loud and went on to early hours in the morning. I asked to be moved , but was told it would stop soon. It stopped at 4 am . At 7:30 am a Mariaci band started practicing in the park outside my window.. I asked to be moved for the 2nd night, if not to another room then to another hotel. I received no feedback from the manager(s). The front desk clerks told me the manager(s) were off site and would get back to me. NOTHING

Top Stay

Loved this hotel and it’s location. On the river, roof top bar, great staff, wonderful coffee house next door and close to downtown. Stayed here for game day and college visit. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Amphitheater in walking distance.
