This “museum hotel” has been in operation for more than 100 years but offers all the modern amenities of today. The Hotel Geneve was the first hotel in Mexico to offer a bathroom in each guestroom and the first to have a tennis court and elevators. Located in the Pink Zone, this hotel is situated near the historic district and Paseo de la Reforma. The elegant guestrooms and suites feature a European style, hardwood floors and a separate sitting area. There is Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, satellite television and a coffee maker and mini bar. The onsite restaurant, Veranda Bistro Restaurant, offers authentic Mexican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Live music is offered on select nights. There is a spa and fitness center for the adults to enjoy as well.

This hotel is steeped in history and has a really lovely atmosphere as soon as you enter the lobby.
The public areas are so interesting with historic memorabilia you feel like you have stepped into a historical novel. Rooms are fine, we initially had a room at the front which we asked to change as we were worried that it might be noisy. Change was executed without complaint or delay and we were very happy with the quality of the room.
The staff were especially pleasant and should be congratulated on providing a wonderful service.
Stay here or just visit the lobby for a drink, it is an experience that should not be missed in Mexico City

Beautiful historic hotel Located in the "zona rosa" gay area, lots of local restaurants, stores and bars, close to Avenida Reforma. Close to all the main attractions like Chapultepec park,Angel de la Independencia monument. If you like places with character and history this will be a great choice. Rooms and halls are a little bit outdated but it is part of the history an character of this traditional building.
