It's my last out of 4 nights and I can't wait to check out and leave. This hotel is nicely designed, has comfortable beds but that's about it.
As for 5* hotel it provides a terribly poor service. Staff requires training on how not be be arrogant to the guests. Check in takes ages. Every simple request, that wouldn't be an issue anywhere else in the world - is a problem here. Zero flexibility, creative thinking or good will. Example: AC/Heating doesn't work. I have waited almost an hour for someone to fix it, and just gave up. Bottled water: you get a free small bottle only at the day of your arrival. Small water bottle from minibar cost 10EUR, small juice 12 EUR which is ridiculous even for 5 star hotel. Also, there are no convenience stores around.

The hotel is very well sutuated and well known. Some areas are very elegant. However, the regular rooms, hallways, and even the lobby areas are looking old, worn out, and in great need of a facelift/touch up. Many old stains and wear and tear noted in my room, including the tub, carpet, and chair.
