My wife and I booked a room for my parents to spend a RARE night alone together. They worry about everyone else and never seem to do anything for themselves. Knowing this my wife decided to call the front desk before they arrived to ask if there was something simple we could do to surprise them when they checked into their room. A dessert, maybe a bottle of wine, a note perhaps, just something small to surprise the old couple.
Suzy at the front desk answered our call. She was amazing. Without being asked she upgraded my parents to the Rosevelt Suite! She didn’t have to do this and it was an amazing gesture on her part. Suzy embodies true customer service in a world where that level of personal attention to guest experience is beyond rare.
Thank you Susie and thank you Hotel Colorado for hiring such an amazing employee to represent your Hotel!
