Brilliant stay. The staff were all courteous and helpful, making everyone feel VIP. The room was perfect, clean and very comfortable. The wood-burning fireplace was the icing on the cake. The staff built a fire as requested and that not only provided a cozy temperature, but also a great relaxing atmosphere conducive for chilling and hanging with friends and family.

This is my second review of this hotel, where we have now stayed three times. Cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Santa Fe. Cannot say enough about the service from all staff, including maintenance who quickly came to help us open a window. The hotel is steps away from the square and the portal where you can find all types of silver and turquoise jewelry, pottery, and on the square arts and crafts. Love the atmosphere, including the St Francis theme so close to the Cathedral and we aren't Catholic. Love the courtyard, rooms and beds comfortable. The sofas and banco benches are not comfortable but that is our only complaint. For the first time we ate upstairs at the adjoining Estevan. Pricy but worth it! The Goat's Milk flan is the best we have every had!
