I can't say enough about the staff as they were always very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The pool is large and well maintained and perfect for cooling off after a long walk. The hotel is a three min walk to the Santa Cruz beach and has shuttle service to Chahue Beach. There is a taxi stand a block away and it costs 35 pesos to go into Crucecita or a pleasant 20 min walk. I was not overly happy with the services of the hotel: the internet was horrible and crashed often; the bar seating area was dirty in the morning with glasses and dishes from the previous night so there was nowhere to sit in the lobby area until it was cleaned up; the bartender was often not at the bar when open; and the dining room was very noisy due to echos. Overall, this is an average hotel.

This is a review of the beach club only. I did not stay at the hotel.
I stopped here for a late lunch. I read in posts that you can use the beach club if you order enough food and drinks (maybe 150 pesos). The beach is spectacular. There was nothing on the sand except footprints- no plastic, seaweed or anything else. Unfortunately the day I was there swimming was not allowed.
The food was great and I used their lounge chair under the palypa. The waiter was exceptional. We was super friendly and was always there when I needed another cerveza.
