Stayed here for 4 nights over a 3 week priod. Best feature were the staff who were excellent (Chelsea )and very helpful. Not a full service hotel so no bar and breakfast only .However leisure pool and gym good and rooms good and modern.Try not to get one near the ice cooler as noisy.
Location very near baseball stadium and ice hockey.Taxi to airport approx Can$35 and to cruise terminal C$8.Bus for ship ferry to Victoria stops outside sister hotel about 2 mins walk away. Definitely stay again.

This was a terrific experience at a hotel that offers great value in a central location. It's hard not to start with the breakfast, which comes with the room and is totally worth paying for in your reservation. Forget rubber eggs and congealed bacon, this was more like an array of breakfast hors d'oeuvres. Lovely little bites of pastry covered this and that, cute little containers of yoghurt, fresh fruit spears. Really one of the best buffets we've ever seen. The hotel also works on a texting system. They check with you regularly to see if your stay is going well, and respond immediately if you have any requirements. They're also super friendly at the front desk and can't do enough for you. The room -- we chose the basic one -- was well equipped and a decent size. No complaints. Imagine the upgrades would offer even more. It's walking distance to Gastown and Chinatown if you feel like it. Quite safe at night. There's a hot tub, which is often empty. The pool is small but ok for a paddle. Really good stay here. We'd book again.
