This is a grand hotel inside, although the exterior needs to be repainted and smartened up. We were at the hotel for a conference, which was very well handled by the hotel. The conference facilities were good and the catering excellent. The accomodation was very good too, we were lucky to get a upgrade to a sea view room which was very nice. The room was large with a good bathroom and shower. The main reason for not giving it 5 stars was the price of food and drink in the hotel. The room rate itself was not bad, but the price for breakfast and any drinks was very high, even for a top quality hotel. Otherwise everything was very good.
