Hotel looks modern inside but there is no sign outside which made it difficult for our cab driver to find as we arrived at night.
The check in was slow and at first he couldn’t find our booking even though we had booked months in advance.
When we did manage to check in the Room was a good size for us and our 3 children.
Slightly noisy at night but this is more to do with the area as it is a quite run down.
The towels and the sheets weren’t exactly white and this is something that could def be improved on and the shower had tiny bugs on the ceiling which was a little disconcerting however the water was warm.
The bed was rock hard and needed option of a second pillow if honest and on the 1st day we had no room service for some reason.
Breakfast was ok, very busy and the breakfast area isn’t big enough to seat all the people that stay there.
The hotel location is not brilliant however it is easy and cheap to get an Uber to where you want to go .
Advisable not to walk around the area at night as it is pretty run down and smells of urine but inside the hotel it is modern.
For the price we paid which was £196 for 5 nights it was fine as most of the day we were on trips seeing Rio.
