I stayed in this hotel with my boyfriend for two days. My first impression upon check in was yeah the staff was quite nice the environment okay, so far all was great. But when we entered the room #502, it was kinda smelly, we looked around and we found that the curtain was sooo dirty like there’s a brown stain everywhere, the teaspoon was still dirty as well. I think I didn’t really mind it, because they have a big room, and there’s sofa inside which is so good and it was not a big deal. BUT, (I was so upset) in the middle of the night when we ran out of drinks in my room, I was so thirsty and I called receptionist to ask for more. 1st, during our conversation the man was giggling like they were laughing at me for some reason I don’t know why. 2nd they already agreed to send the drink but I’ve been waiting for more than half an hour and nobody’s come so I decided to go back to sleep. What I felt during my stay in this hotel was unpleasant, the staff doesn’t have any respect with the guest, they act so nonchalant
