No WIFI big problem

I had a horrible issue with WIFI and no one could help, nor cared. I stay only at Hilton and have never had an issue at any other Hilton brand. I had to move to Home2 across the street to get proper WIFI so I could get my work done. Suggest Home2 over this brand in this area.

OK, staff needs to stay on top of noise and housekeeping

Noise was an issue in the hallways, multiple guest slamming doors and allowing children to run like crazy. I like to see kids enjoying themselves, but there should be care that they do not disturb guest by assuming the hotel is their playground. I was on the ground floor not far from the lobby where action should have been taken. Housekeeping assumes that if you have a Do Not Disturb on your door at 9am, with it being removed, that it means that you do not have to clean the room at all during the day.
Breakfast was OK, it was free so my expectations were not great. People with large groups should be managed better since the space for breakfast is not that accomodating.
