What a nice hotel! We were only in town for one night for the Frostbite Regatta. From the front desk staff to the very nice, very clean room, everything was excellent! I have an abnormally high standard of cleanliness, which no hotel has ever met, but this one did. We had to leave too early to get to try breakfast, but they had four breakfast-to-go bags ready for us when we checked out. The only negative was being able to hear the kids upstairs jumping around, but when we called down to the desk at 11 to complain, Justin called the floor above, and they quieted down. All was well the rest of the night. I have a hotel I frequent in every city I regularly visit, and the Homewood Suites just made my list.

This is the nicest hotel I can remember staying in. Ever. The customer service is excellent! The hotel is super clean, quiet & comfortable. The breakfast is superior to almost any I can recall in this price range (fresh watermelon & cantaloupe, warm donut holes:) Although I arrived late and left early, the area the hotel is located in seems nice.
I am guessing the hotel strives for continuous improvement. The only nitpicky things I could suggest:
Starting weekend breakfast at 6:30 AM instead of 7 AM. There were quite a few people waiting when I came down at 6:55 AM.
The stairwell (fire) doors were all open even though there is signage on each one saying they should be closed at all times?
It would be nice to have an ice machine on each floor (I could have missed it?).
The glass top desk makes it challenging to use a mouse.
These are all very minor items and I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if I have the opportunity!
