We had a great stay here. Originally booked at the Hilton Garden on Bay St but looked around and found HW Suites cheaper than the Garden AND they offer a breakfast. Savannah is a walking town and the complimentary breakfast is all we need to get our day started. Coffee was good too.

Our room was a "city view." Don't expect to overlook the beautiful squares of Savannah. That's not what you will see. But hey, who spends time in the room looking out the window? No big deal.

We went to the Rooftop Bar only one night of our 3 night stay. It is quite nice. We were tired after a long day and decided to retreat to our room and catch some winks for our next day of adventure.

All staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We are low maintenance travelers so we didn't have any odd requests. Our flight out was several hours after checkout and the front desk staff handled our baggage check without hesitation.

When looking for a hotel in Savannah, we will surely consider Homewood Suites again.

We ended up getting a last minute room after a bad experience at another hotel in Savannah. It worked out for the better because Homewood suites Savannah riverfront was wonderful! We loved everything about this hotel. The cost, the customer service, the rooftop bar, great location, the views, and the happy hour. It exceeded all of our expectations. One tip, book a high floor room for less street/traffic noise. It was noisy our first night, but they graciously moved our room the next night and we didn’t even have to move our own bags. Thanks to Christina and Carmella at the front desk. Also, Josh and Cameron In valet. Super friendly and helpful! And the most amazing breakfast attendant Ms. Pat. She was so sweet to my daughter. And she was so funny and made us smile every morning. My daughter is still asking about her. We highly recommend this hotel.
