Overview

We love Homewood Suites, and its property in Reading, Pennsylvania is no exception. Like all of the brand’s hotels, it provides spacious suites with one king or two queen beds, a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The largest suites can sleep up to six guests — perfect for families! Plus, complimentary grocery service is provided, meaning you won’t need to go grocery shopping to stock up your kitchen. Oh, and did we mention pets are welcome?

The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast daily, evening socials with light fare and drinks (Monday to Thursday), an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) and a pool bar (seasonal). While there isn’t a fitness center onsite, guests are given passes to nearby BodyZone Sports & Wellness Complex.

Check-in time is 3 p.m., with check-out at noon. Parking is free.

Suite room review

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff when arriving were friendly. The room was more than expected, the bed was very comfy. Everything was very clean and organized. The breakfast and evening social was also good. The only issue I had was the bathroom door in the room didn’t shut fully at all, you could just push the door open. Also the bedroom door you had to shove to get it to shut. But overall I had a great stay perfect location too near just about everything you could need

Home Insurance Stay

We stayed for 2 months when our house was undergoing water damage repairs, and I must say, the staff here is wonderful. We left feeling like family. We have a toddler and didn’t ever get nasty looks when he came running through the lobby like a crazy boy. Anytime we needed anything, all we had to do was ask and it’d be delivered. Thanks for making these not so great circumstances for our family a little better.
