This hotel had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We will never go back to this hotel.

The staff could have helped my family and I in very little ways and chose to say no instead of finding a solution or taking time to apologize for the inconveniences. My family was denied the two of room we asked for, help my the linens on our pull out couches, denied extra pillows, and some one who looked like senior staff refused me 8 months pregnant an box of cereal. All together, the worst stay ever!

Problems abound

Normally enjoy Hilton properties. This one didnt have enough towels in room, no sheets for sofa, and dirty sheet and pillow case on a bed. Did nothing to address noise disturbances in the hotel despite numerous phone calls to desk.
