Unless you are used to staying in dirty, run-down hotel rooms, this hotel is not for you. The lobby is very nice. The rooms; not so much. We have stayed here 3 times. Each time, the room conditions have deteriorated. The last time, the fan in the bedroom was about to fall out of the ceiling and unusable, the bathroom was rusty and dirty, and the toilet was stopped up. It took 24 hours and 3 phone calls to get that handled (we were only there two nights........) The rooms were musty, which tells me there is mold somewhere. The only thing good about it is it is directly on the Town center property. It is convenient, but definitely NOT worth what we paid per night to stay here. It was gross. At $215 a night, I expect MUCH nicer, cleaner conditions!!!!!!! I should've asked for my money back. It was disgusting. This is an annual trip for me and my daughter. I have booked a room at Hyatt Place on this trip.
