I arrived late and had to leave early (3 am). The gentlemen on the front desk was EXCELLENT! In fact, the entire staff was as friendly as could be.
The nightly social had really good food that was prepared well so there was no reason to leave the hotel. Overall experience was GREAT!

Our first stay at Homewood Suites was in 2018, and we were pleased enough to stay again this year. However, it was a disaster. Enterprise Auto drives vans for Homewood Suites. While we were parked, waiting to enter the hotel, the driver of the Enterprise van, who was directly in front of the door, backed into our Elantra - hard. We had trouble communicating with the driver of the van - he spoke little English, but he did show us his driver's license. Accidents happen, and we just wanted to obtain necessary information for our insurance, but the woman at the desk was rude and uncooperative. She refused to give us the required information, stating "it isn't our policy." She put her hands up, as to say "stop" and continued on about "policy." We learned from Enterprise when we arrived home from vacation that the man who rammed us claimed we ran into him. This was so ridiculous. We requested the visual tape from the hotel, and we were told that there are cameras, but NOT IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay at this facility again. The only upside was the wonderful Cranford policeman who came to complete an accident report, which was, of course, factual. BTW, the driver of the van did not report to work the next day and as far as we know, hasn't been seen since.
