Excellent hotel and staff!

Thank you for the wonderful stay! Very comfortable room... We were very impressed with the great breakfast! The staff was exceptional! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you to Alex for going out of his way to help me!

Good and Bad

Recently stayed in this hotel with my wife Friday to Monday
The hotel is very handy for visiting Omaha if you are West of the city. As most of the attractions are downtown this is a bit of a drive away
We found the room spacious and clean
There were some issues with items not working or falling apart in the shower
We also experienced that they do not do regular service on the weekends? I now this is great for the staff but what about the guests. We went the whole time not having our waste baskets cleared or linens or towels changed out. Now I know you can call and get this done but why do guests have to do this
