NOTE: If you are in Huntsville doing business with a company in Research Park, then this location is GREAT! We were trying to book a room formerly run by Hilton (Hampton Inn), but that location is now run by a different company. They had a handicap room available for our vacation, so we took it. It was by Research Park and a very busy shopping area. Traffic through the week was terrible.

It was nice to have a suite, so hubby could watch TV if I needed to nap. Nice little kitchen area. We had a minor problem with the clock in the bedroom (they replaced it), but the heater in the living area would not put out heat. Luckily, we didn't need much heat during our stay. Their solution: replace that too, but we didn't want workers in our living area messing with our stay, so we lived with it. A place that gets this much per night should KNOW if things aren't working, not wait until a guest discovers it.

The staff was EXTRA nice and the place was very clean, except for a couple "circle" stains on the carpet in the hallway that looked like a dog may have peed there.

I would stay there again if the location was different, as the establishment itself was pretty darned nice!

I stayed here on a work trip. Debbie, at the front desk, was seriously SO nice my entire stay. She made sure I had everything I needed and that I was happy throughout my week stay. My accommodations were great! My room was large, clean, and comfortable. The bed sheets were very soft and all the bedding smelled clean. The A/C worked perfectly, and being a girl from Texas, that is very important. The kitchen area was really nice, there was even a dish washer. The complementary breakfast was MUCH better than I expected. They had awesome options! They have breakfast sandwiches like the ones at Starbucks and the machines that cook then like at Starbucks too! I had the gouda, bacon, and egg sandwich and it was delicious!! They also have a waffle maker and all the basic breakfast options. Their toast options were also better than other hotel breakfast options. I have been very happy staying here. They have a firepit area and lobby with comfortable seating. The wifi here was also good. If I have to travel here again, for work or pleasure, I definitely plan on staying here again.
