Overview

Say “Augusta” and most of us think of the Masters Golf tournament that takes place in early April every year. But Augusta – Georgia’s second largest metro area – is teeming with museums, historic homes, civil war history, outdoor fun like kayaking, and even President Woodrow Wilson’s boyhood home. You’ll also find both a thriving culinary scene and an artists’ row.
Home2 Suites by Hilton Augusta sits 4.7 miles to the Augusta National Golf Club, 10 miles to the Augusta Riverwalk, and seven miles to the boyhood home of President Wilson. The property’s standard guestrooms offer a king or two queen beds. Upgrade to a king suite with more square footage and a pullout queen sofa.
Rooms come with at least one 42-inch flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a mini-fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher and a toaster (guests can check out cooktops at the front desk at no charge). Rooms also feature complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking. The property has a pretty outdoor pool, fitness room, walking trails and a patio with a grill. The hotel is also wreathed in dining options.

This was a wonderful hotel. Beautiful, clean, and great staff! I’ll be staying at these hotels from now on for any trip if possible. Nicolette greeted immediately and was so nice and helpful. The room was great and very relaxing.
