Second time we have stayed here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again! The location is ideal for tourists (like me) who are visiting Washington to see the main sights it has to offer. You can walk to the White House within around 10 mins, then spend the rest of your day walking around all the other amazing sights and museums and still be within walking distance of your hotel! Turn left out the hotel door then left again, and you'll find countless bars and restaurants. Most do a good happy hour between 6 - 8! We didn't have breakfast included in our rate but did eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant. A buffet is available, but as I'm not a big meat eater I personally found the breakfast menu to be far better than the buffet option. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the room itself is large, clean, and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay - all in all I 100% recommend this hotel for a city break!

This Holiday Inn is a jewel because of the staff. The Front Desk, housekeeping, bell staff, restaurant and catering were all exceptional.....we will definitely return...the rooms were clean and comfortable. This could be a training hotel for all Holiday Inn’s !!
