This is an airport hotel that treats all guests like family. Friendly staff is professional and always willing to assist. All public areas are kept spotless. The out door fire pit is a great conversation area. The restaurant and bar is great for a snack with daily specials. We first visited this hotel while our daughter was attending Ringling College and have enjoyed it so much that we make an effort to stay at this location whenever we are in the Sarasota area. Manager David and restaurant server Compton always go out of their way to make you feel at home. Great value and always a pleasant stay.

I have stayed several times at this location and am never disappointed. My check in was quick and easy. I also appreciate B.J.’s courtesy and friendliness. The room is always clean and neat and house keeping keeps it that way. I like the restaurant as well. It’s nice to have, especially having conducted business activity all day. I recently had an experience where the server “forgot” about me for about 15 minutes. Things happen but it was unexpected when my dinner was discounted by 50%. The staff has been accommodating with changes to my business schedule such as checking out earlier than expected. Never had an issue. They’re what I call “good people”.
